The PRIMA lite URL offers a range of ergonomic configurations and accessories to meet all the needs of the urology practice.

Responding to this call, LABOMED was the first to develop a unique LED-based illumination concept for Urology microscopes. This design leadership has delivered an advanced illumination system that is highly efficient, cool and offers true white LED light with lux values approaching those of Xenon, but with a nominal bulb life of 60.000 hours. With most clinics facing space constraints, a microscope needs to be more compact than ever. By housing the LED light source and electronics within the entire arm, the Prima eliminates the need for bulky illumination housings, resulting in an overall space saving of approximately 20% compared to conventional Halogen and Xenon systems.

The PRIMA lite URL is equipped with an apochromatic optical system that promises the finest images in its class. This is achieved through the proprietary Labomed Maxlite coatings, which provide greater efficiency in transmission and reflection across the entire visible spectrum. Maxlite renders the optics with excellent anti-fungal, anti-fog and scratch-resistant properties.

Daarnaast kan het display tot zeer lage helderheidsniveaus worden gedimd, waardoor het ook comfortabel te gebruiken is in donkere klinische omgevingen waar visuele precisie cruciaal is.

De monitor FlexScan is TÜV Rheinland-gecertificeerd voor lage blauwlichtemissie en flikkervrije prestaties, wat langdurig kijkcomfort ondersteunt in veeleisende professionele omgevingen.

Flikkervrije technologie zorgt voor een stabiel en consistent beeld zonder zichtbaar schermflikkeren, wat helpt om een comfortabele kijkervaring te behouden tijdens langdurig gebruik.



Het anti-reflecterende schermoppervlak minimaliseert reflecties van omgevingslicht, waardoor het beeld helder en goed zichtbaar blijft onder verschillende lichtomstandigheden en visuele belasting gedurende de dag wordt verminderd.

Ruimtebesparende en flexibele positionering voor gemonteerde opstellingen

De monitor FlexScan heeft een compact ontwerp dat eenvoudig past in klinische opstellingen met beperkte ruimte en boven een microscoop kan worden gemonteerd, waardoor de werkruimte netjes en georganiseerd blijft zonder extra ruimte in te nemen. Dankzij de flexibele monitorarm kan het scherm gekanteld en in meerdere richtingen worden versteld, zodat het eenvoudig optimaal gepositioneerd kan worden voor helder en comfortabel kijken tijdens gebruik. De witte afwerking ondersteunt een strakke, klinische uitstraling die goed past in medische omgevingen.

Slimme energiebesparing en energie-efficiëntie

De monitor FlexScan past de helderheid automatisch aan met behulp van een frontsensorsysteem dat het omgevingslicht meet. Hierdoor blijft het kijkniveau gedurende de dag comfortabel zonder handmatige aanpassing. Daarnaast past het systeem de helderheid aan op basis van de weergegeven content om duidelijke zichtbaarheid te behouden met een lager energieverbruik. Wanneer Eco Mode is geactiveerd, werken beide functies samen om het stroomverbruik tot 60% te verminderen in vergelijking met maximale helderheidsinstellingen.

46 cm Column with 10 cm Extendable Heigh

The 46 cm column of the PRIMA C plus long version is designed for users who require a higher working position. It is extendable by 10 cm, providing an objective height range of 1034–1134 mm, which allows professionals to maintain a natural and comfortable posture during seated or standing procedures. The adjustable height ensures flexibility for different clinical setups while maintaining excellent stability and ease of use.

For a lower working position, the PRIMA C plus short column is available with a 36 cm column (Article code 6128905) and an objective height range of 934–1034 mm.

The integrated 27W LED illumination system delivers more than 100.000 Lux at a color temperature of 3700K, providing bright and natural light for detailed examinations. Built directly into the magnichanger, the compact LED design keeps the system efficient, cool and reliable, with a long lifetime of up to 50.000 hours.

The apochromatic 5-step optical system ensures sharp, high-contrast images without color distortion. Advanced MaxLite™ coatings reduce reflections and increase scratch resistance, resulting in evenly illuminated, clear images without light spots or shadows.
